Application Process:

• Meet ALL requirements listed on property listing.
• Application fee $25.00 that is Non-Refundable.
• A response is usually within 5-7 business days. 
• Each applicant that is responsible for paying rent must have rental history.
• Each occupant over age 18 must complete application.
• List all additional occupants in each application.

Prior to Move-in:

• Drivers License or ID
• Social Security Card 
• 60 days of pay stubs.

We will ask for these items via email prior to approval and lease signing.
